BGE brings good energy to Springfield Hospital Center with more than 5,000 trees.
In honor of Arbor Day, BGE partnered with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the Maryland Department of Health to plant 5,770 trees at Springfield Hospital Center in Sykesville. BGE plans to plant more trees across central Maryland as part of the company’s Path to Clean goal to reach “net-zero” operational emissions by 2050.
